Who wants a six pack?

Summer is here and who doesn’t want a six pack?
Here’s a helpful article on how to achieve visible results in just a few weeks before summer runs out!

It’s important to know that the term “six pack” is simply the result of tendons that segment our abdominal muscles. We are all born with segmented abs it’s just that some of us have layers of fat covering it. Now for a bit of raw truth, no amount of the ab routines or core work alone will get you the abs that you desire without proper nutrition in place. Yes, you read that right!

No amount of core work will result in defined abdominal muscles. You can do crunches, sit-ups, leg raises, Russian twist, double crunch, or any ab exercise you can name and still see no progress as a result.

Here’s why, having a strong core is vital in terms of general health, as well as reaching your maximum ab strength potential. You can have a washboard rack of abs with a weak core, and a strong core with no ab muscles. If you can dedicate 3-4 days of strength training, it will significantly aid in the resurrection of your core strength, but the most Important key factor in this entire article is that, it all starts in the kitchen. The cleaner the foods, the deeper your cuts will become! S.M. ❤️
